Can not receive or send midi trs-a via midihub

Hi there! The headline pretty much says it all, but here are the details. I want to play the Nymphes by Dreadbox, which only accepts MIDI TRS Type A, from any MIDI source connected to the Midihub. But it’s not working this way. The Nymphes only responds when I connect the MIDI source directly to it - it won’t work through the Midihub, even though the Midihub is receiving and sending MIDI data from my computer and other devices.

I initially thought this might be an issue with the Nymphes, but I just added the Bento by 1010 Music, which supports both TRS Type A and B. The thing is, the Midihub only receives MIDI from the Bento when I use TRS Type B. This makes me think the Midihub doesn’t work with TRS Type A properly, even though it’s supposed to work with both types.

Anyone here, who could possibly help me with this issue? Is there a way to choose the trs types in the midihub editor?

Thank you!

Midihub uses DIN-5 MIDI. You have to use the appropriately typed DIN-5 MIDI ↔ TRS MIDI adapter for your target device.

This page has pretty good info on the topic: https://minimidi.world/
