My PiSound 1.1 must have taken a hit on the output volume potentiometer and suddenly I have to juggle it to make it output sound. Is there an easy way to repair it or at least the exact component that I can use to try replacing it? (Even if I’m quite doubtful on the feasibility of doing it by myself lol)

You’d have to be careful when doing desoldering - some solder wick and solder sucker pump would be recommended for removing the solder and cleaning out the holes for inserting the new part. Also, desoldering is easier if you add just a bit of fresh solder to the pins.
