Just got my midihub, it powers up, connect and seems to work fine, but the power LED never lights. I tried different USB ports, cables, computers. Any ideas?
The best way to test LEDs on Midihub is to start it in bootloader mode - to do that, hold the button down while you power it on, in bootloader mode all of the LEDs are supposed to be lit up.
It might be a hardware fault that developed after quality verification (the LEDs and the rest of the functions are tested inhouse on every unit), warranty is for cases just like this, contact your dealer to sort the issue out, keep us in the loop if necessary.
