In a normal configuration in/out, Digitakt master clock, digitone slave, when I Connect my Digital piano via Midi the BPM on my digitone double… from 120 to 240 BPM. however?

You have to place filters in Midihub in order not to duplicate unnecessary messages too many times. Try placing a type filter pipe straight after each input port, to keep only the types of messages that are necessary in that line.
It’s a good idea to use one Virtual bus just for sync information, so it’s kept out of the other lines.
