I can connect via SSH and run the Patchbox set up and select desktop, save and restart but get connection refused from VNC.
Any ideas?
Please try enabling vnc through sudo raspi-config. Check the service’s logs for any errors:
journalctl -u wayvnc.service
journalctl -u vncserver-x11-serviced.service
Also check:
systemctl status patchbox-vnc.target
