First Run failure - no openssl image

First Run failure with/without monitor connected: from iMac 7,1 El Capitan. I got this:

bash$ ssh patch@192.168.1.20
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/opt/openssl/lib/libcrypto.1.0.0.dylib
Referenced from: /usr/local/bin/ssh
Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap: 5

Will try re-flashing. UPDATE: Working after re-flash; but ssh’d from High Sierra MacBook Pro. Maybe the Captain has had his last biscuit… Even brew is abandoning it.

UPDATE#2 – I’m using a HiFiBerry DAC+ but it isn’t listed and the compulsory setting of Jack didn’t work – no instructions as to what to do at this point so the setup process failed. Now doing a very long package installation. It might be finished by the end of next week…

This error comes from your host computer, not the Patchbox OS itself.

Refer to the audio card documentation on what has to be done for it to be detected. You may have to add some dtoverlay=... line in /boot/config.txt, if the audio card doesn’t have the EEPROM to get identified automatically.
