My RPi 3B starts fine when I reboot. But I have to wait a little until I can turn it on again, after turning it off

With midi, I use mzeros latest midiminder. Sometimes it takes a few restarts to make it work. It’s just that the signals aren’t received in Pure Data

Can't install PureData module

Fixed this in patchbox-cli package, the fix is available since version 1.4.0-5. You can run: sudo apt update sudo apt install patchbox-cli to get the fix.

I know this is an old thread but in case this is helpful for someone in the future, this is how I resolved this same issue for myself. Full disclosure: I’m a total linux newb, so some of this might not have been necessary or may’ve even been done incorrectly. I cobbled the solution together from other forum posts.
