Note-on generated random control

I built this function using maxforlive and others might find it fun for the midihub.
Every time a note-on message is received the pipe would generate a random value which can then be mapped to a CC. Having an adjustable min and max is very helpful too.
A great example of the fun you can have is assigning it to filter cutoff.
