When I connect Midihub it does show up in my Snoize MIDI Monitor app v1.5.4 on MacOS Sonoma v14.8.1 but it does not monitor any incoming or outgoing midi traffic. If I connect same synth to my Emagic Unitor8 interface, it does show traffic again. Is this a known bug or is something wrong with my computer?
Midihub’s MIDI Monitor in the editor also shows traffic, perhaps it blocks communications with the Snoize app? I have the latest Midihub firmware and editor.
Midihub is seen by the OS / USB host as a 4 in 4 out USB MIDI device plus a USB serial port. Midihub Editor does not really interact directly through USB MIDI, only USB Serial, so there isn’t anything by Midihub Editor or Midihub itself that would be preventing from Snoize to see the MIDI data.
Could you upload your Midihub preset that you used here? It must have MIDI traffic going into one of the “TO USB X” outputs for the USB host to see any MIDI data.

Yes of course how silly of me. When set TO USB A Snoize displays all the MIDI data, thanks.

The only case where you don’t need the TO USB X pipes is when the preset is entirely empty - in that case it automatically forwards MIDI data between the matching DIN-5 and USB ports.
