Hi, I’m using pisound as a USB MIDI host with aconnectgui but I can’t find a way to edit or choose the MIDI output channel, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

The aconnect connects entire ports with all the 16 channels there. To get more fine grained control, some audio software giving more control is necessary, like a DAW, but at this time I don’t know any small programs that could do that. There should be something out there though.
