Ableton Link to MIDI broken

Yeah, definitely have experience this myself. I’m surprised this hasn’t been fixed yet as in theory it affects products like the Mod Devices (and of course MODEP) which tout connectivity as one of its selling points.

Midi Clock plugin doesn't work with Ableton Link sync mode

I’m using the pisound to synchronise a korg volca to software on my laptop and I’ve noticed that the x42 Midi Clock plugin doesn’t work when using the Ableton Link Sync Mode. When it’s set to Internal I can start and stop the vocla easily (the plugin is set to Clock + Transport + Position and is using Host Sync). But when it’s set to Ableton Link the start/stop commands don’t work and tempo changes aren’t sent. Any way around this or any other sync plugins available?
