could it be possible to controll uart speed for seperate Din 5 ports to use Turbo midi with Elektron devices ?

Just wanted to second this. I own a pimidi and would love to be able to send / receive at TURBO midi spec.
From what I can understand this would require increasing baud rate from 31k to 250k for max speed.
