Configurable number of In / Out ports

This is a variation on the request for more physical connections. I would like to see the existing 8 DIN connectors switchable in the editor as Ins or Outs. I need 2 ins and 5 or 6 outs at the moment so redefining a couple of the ins as outs would solve everything for me. I don’t know whether this could be achieved in software (hopefully) or whether it would require a hardware redesign.

The port directionality is at hardware level, so it’s not possible to change by software alone. :slight_smile:
