Cannot disable pisound-ctl permanently

I try to disable pisound-ctl permanently with “sudo systemctl stop pisound-ctl.service” and subsequently “sudo systemctl disable pisound-ctl.service” which returns: Removed “/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/pisound-ctl.service”.

But upon rebooting there it is again!

Try:

sudo systemctl mask pisound-ctl.service

It is likely getting launched by patchbox init service anyway. Masking it should prevent it from doing that.

Yes, that works. Thank you Giedrius.
