pi-Stomp! A build-it-yourself modep pedal is now available

That is looking phenomenal! I cant wait to order one.
Itll look spectacular on my board wotb a MIDI commander and a few expression pedals. Oh yes.

Anyone know where I can buy one of these? Treefallsounds are out of stock for over a year now

@pcarbery there hasn’t been any news from Treefall for a while on the status of the new pedal. @deathbeard might have some insights as to when they expect to have stock again.

Your other option is to purchase a MOD Dwarf if you want an all in one unit. Dwarf - MOD Audio website

Randall from Tree Fall Sound, here. Yeah, been sold out of v2 kits for a while. Work moved to creating v3, which includes some awesome improvements. Last year, we partnered with company which sells similar kits. They were going to take care of v3 part sourcing, manufacturing, sales, etc. but they’ve had a bad year, decided they can’t take on new products, and so now we’ve been forced to take on those activities ourselves again and even re-design the enclosure to use an off-the-shelf blank, instead of the custom one we had planned.

Bottom line, is that it’ll take another few months to get enclosures made and get all parts stocked.

Hi! I know this is a really old post, but I couldn’t find a way to contact you.
So I want to buy one of this (the V3 version), to use it with a chapman stick.
so since i probably going to run 2 parallel “boards”, i was wopndering if the kit can be sold without the raspberry pi, so I can buy one with more ram, or if it can come with a more powerful raspberry pi 5.

v3 ships with a 2GB RPi 5. It’s natural to think more RAM would improve performance, but 2GB is actually quite substantial for most pedalboards. Sample based instruments and NAM models tend to be the most RAM consuming. From what I understand, sound fonts might be a few hundred MB. Similar for NAM models. So perhaps one could push the limits of 2GB, but I’ve not heard of anyone hitting the limit.

That said, we (treefallsound) can do a custom kit which doesn’t include the pi. email sales@treefallsound.com to inquire.
