Hi. When I am switching between different scales, I get All Note Off messages from the SC Remap block. This seems useful overall but can it be turned off? Thanks!
It’s sent to avoid dangling notes - the Scale Remap is a one-way transformation - it’s easy to transform notes into a scale, but doing the reverse can’t be easily done, without exceeding the memory given for this task, so as sending targeted note-offs is not possible, an all notes off is sent instead.
Thanks. I understand. It is nice. I had a stuck note problem and it ended up being my MIDIPAL on tracker mode sending extra notes.
I can microtime the notes to avoid them getting hit by the note offs. Cheers.
