Would be awesome to be able to re-arrange pipelines and put them into folder groups.

Thanks so much, didn’t realize I wasn’t posting in the Feature Request section.
The pipelines can already be rearranged by moving the input pipes around.
A somewhat related feature was also requested to add Labels / whitespace for better organization of the preset here: Midihub Editor Suggestions

Expandable/collapsable (and nameable!) pipeline groups would be really helpful.
I’m thinking something along the lines of the way you can group tracks in in Ableton.
