MIDI inspector node to help with debugging pipes

A handy feature to add (unless I’m missing it elsewhere) is a MIDI data inspector so I can view the traffic flow through pipes for debugging purposes. It’s possible to see the ultimate data output by MIDIhub using a MIDI inspector, but not internally while debugging.
