How to open multiple editor windows? (macOs)

This might be a stupid question, but how can I open multiple editor windows on macOS? I can’t figure it out, and couldn’t find an answer in this forum or on the Web.

I actually didn’t know you could have multiple editor windows, until I saw the following on the release notes for 1.15:

Fixed drag & drop with mappings between Editor instances on macOS.

I’m on the latest version of the editor (1.15.3), macOS Ventura 13.6.6
