Wiki vandalism - any strategy to prevent this?

Hey there, it seems the main page of the wiki got captured and was overwritten with some (apparently) Thai pamphlet :frowning:

Hey, thank you for reporting! Looks like the wiki got hit by some spam bots, we will sort this out.

You should install those extensions to get rid of them, we’ve done that on our wiki and everything is fine!
