Switch preset with MIDI message

I would like to use my Roland FC-300 to switch full the presets so I can change all pipes with a press of an foot-switch.
Is this already possible? Otherwise it’s a much requested feature.
In that case it could maybe be done with a global “pipe” or filter setting so that some CC, Program Change or Note messeges were filtered globally and only used for the preset settings and never part of the individual pipes or presets?

Midihub listens to Program Change messages in between 0 and 7 on the port and channel as set in the Device → Settings menu.
