If you turn it on, it automatically sets itself to autostart on next boot, if you turn it off, it removes itself from autostart. See the script here: https://github.com/BlokasLabs/pisound/blob/master/scripts/pisound-btn/toggle_wifi_hotspot.sh
If it does not behave that way, then it’s a bug, let us know what steps are you using.
