Is this just power supply issues?
I have just done a clean image with the latest Modep release
I switched out the PSU to a 2.5A and the glitch popping went away. I know this is a common issue based on some other posts so I’m glad to report it resolved the garbage. RPi is very sensitive to power
Just in case, we recommend using this power supply: https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/raspberry-pi-universal-power-supply/, but most of the supplies with >= 2.5A should work well.
