Roland CS-10EM for binaural In/Out

Dear Community, I would like to create a realtime sound processing for binaural audio.
I would use the Roland CS-10EM Roland Pro A/V - CS-10EM | Binaural Microphones/Earphones for binaural recording and playback (it’s like in-ear headphones but with a microphone added on each ear).

So the first question is: Since the Pisound doesn’t offer phantom power, how could I add that with an external circuit.
The second question: Is the output power sufficient for driving headphones or would I need a headphone amp as well?

Best regards

The easiest option would be to use some external microphone pre-amp with phantom voltage, producing output at line level, and connect it to Pisound input.
