Recommended jack settings for piSound

Greetings .
Whats the recommended jack settings to archieve the lowest latency without audio dropouts ?
Im having strange issues just with some software , but cant see CPU spikes on the software itself . Maybe its about the periods or so .

Dont get whats different in the 2 available audio devices from PiSound either .
Im on Arm64 latest raspberry OS 8gb Rpi4

I don’t think there’s anything different between the device options, just 2 ways to specify the same hardware.

Try using 256 frames and 2 or 3 periods.

Basically, increase the values until you find a stable combination. There’s no single silver bullet parameter combination, as it all depends on what kind of audio processing is going on.
