Hi,
I just received a brand new Pisound case, and when i took it out of the packaging i was aware of a very noticeable bad smell, like rotten eggs, to be frank.
Is this normal for acrylic?
@none yes, it is totally normal. Every time we stock up with new cases, the smell is there. Usually, it goes away before cases reach customers, but you received a really fresh one. Sorry for the bad experience. Best!

Hey!!! Wait a minute!!! Mine didn’t smell like that!!! Can you ship me the rotten egg smell since mine came without one?
