So far sustained notes get interrupt if changing some notes up or down with the transpose pipe. I think that can be disturbing for me and others in a jam situation. 
As I heard in a previous post that function seems to be important for a few.
So choosing different options in the transpose pipe would be great to keep sustained notes on and create transpose at the following Note On.
