Ok, interesting. In that case, they should arrange you a replacement or a full refund. Then they can work with us in the background to sort out the issue with this unit.

We’re sorry about the experience thus far with the device, occasionally faulty devices can be encountered, that’s what warranties are for. :slight_smile: Things will be different once you have a working one! :slight_smile:

Well I am happy to say I finally ordered a brand new one from you, along with UPS shipping so I dont have to wait the long time. Should have done that all along, and I would have had it by now. Was looking for a US seller so I could get it quicker, and that totally backfired.

Very much looking forward to my new model.
