Midi usb in and midi usb out

I need an midi usb in and a midi usb out to replace some CC’s in a USB midi stream by another. I am not speaking of a USB midi host.

I ask, is there a modification of the in- and out-put possible by some soldering work? Is there any idea/instruction for? May be a new model might have replaced the 5 pin midi plug by USB A plugs? Nearly all modern midi controller provide a USB plug.

Hey, it’d be extremely tricky to detect and change something in a USB stream, there’s no simple solution possible.
