Hi there
I am new to Linux. Grateful of your help. I have an M-Audio Axiom 49 Gen 1 keyboard attached to my brand new PiSound via midi cable and been using the Bristol synth which sounds great!
Now I’m am trying to map the buttons and knobs on the Axiom to control the Bristol synth.
I found GitHub - aiobofh/midi-utils: A set of MIDI utilities for Linux-based musical composing. which seems to be a good tool for mapping midi. But I don’t know how to install the repo.
So my questions please are: 1. is this the best way to map midi, and if yes, 2. how do you install the repo (including dependable, and compiling. etc).
