LFO Trigger and Clock messages

Hey @Giedrius can you help me out with some technical knowledge?

(Posting here instead of PM just in case of use to others in the future)

I notice that, when I trigger a One-Shot with a note, there is a time lag before the synced LFO starts issuing CC values.

Q1. I suppose this is cos the LFO is waiting for the next clock message?

My design aims to yield lengthy transitions so I’m using Tempo Div to get the durations I want

Q2. Assuming Q1 = Yes, does this means that 2bars@96BPM will have less lag than 1bar@48BPM (when both div by say 18) ?

Now my Note is on for the same Length and the LFO’s rate and it triggers the next phase

Q3. to be precise, if our 0 → 127 Saw is running for a Bar, am I right in thinking that the interval between 0 & 127 is actually 127/128 bar (as a bar is strictly the 0 → 0 time)?

btw. I notice that 1bar note Length=100% @ 60BPM is slightly less than 4 secs and 101% is slightly more.

Q4. Any reason for this? (makes no effective difference in proper usage but does when in my context)
