Ultraleap has announced Leap Motion 2:
Wider platform support, more software
With the Leap Motion Controller 2, for the first time Ultraleap’s Gemini hand tracking will be compatible with macOS, Android XR2, and Windows, opening up huge opportunities for content creators to access global audiences with their games and applications.
I was really hoping that it will be compatible with Linux based platforms - Raspberry Pi. I really enjoy working with the original Leap Motion for sound/interaction application using GEKO MIDI. I was looking forward to be able to make my creations more compact by replacing PC with RPi (with Pisound). To be able to use it with DIN MIDI using Pisound with my other audio gear. Let’s see how things will develop.
