Dual Monitors? Is it possible?

I have a pair of monitors and the cables, but I cannot see a easy way to get them going as in: https://core-electronics.com.au/tutorials/dual-monitors-raspberry-pi-4.html

Any pointers?

Are you missing some settings screens or what’s the issue in particular?

Yes.

I have:
Preferences -> Appearence Settings: Nothing there I can see
Preferences -> Raspberry PI Configuration -> Display. Haopeful name but nothing helpful.

I did a fresh install and update
