Chord with time offset

Hi,
I was wondering how I could create a time offset when I send a midi note in midihub.
I want to make a chord generator with a more human touch to hear the notes played not quite at the same time.
I tried with delay but I wont look for the notes to be repeated, just delayed in time.

Use Delay, set number of repetitions to 1, 100% wet, 100% feedback. The wet parameter is the key to only hearing the delayed part of the note.
