Bluetooth won't connect to Pixel 4a

Hi,

I am trying to pair Patchbox OS with my Pixel 4a and it fails with: Connection failed - GDBus.Error:org.bluez.Error.Failed: Protocol not available

Any ideas?

I forgot to say that this is installed on a Raspberry Pi 4.

Hey, try enabling experimental mode for BlueZ service, in my case it helped with pairing some devices.

Check this: Install Bluez — Bluez documentation

You have to add --experimental to the command line for the bluetooth systemd service, then reboot the system.

Otherwise, any RPi related info on pairing with Pixel 4a will be relevant to Patchbox OS too :slight_smile:
