All notes off anomaly

For some reason, M hub Midi monitor does not see when I press a pedal that sends CC 123 to it. The McIntosh monitor sees it fine. I I’m not filtering controller messages or anything like that in M Hub. When I select a different USB input and all notes off is sent. This is what you are seeing in the picture. But nothing when I press continuous controller 123 button .Any idea why?

Which Channel are you sending CC123 on?

Here’s my test with 12 channels:

I don’t know why this is, btw

for me all notes off, cc123, comes in on usb channel one but it’s not passed through, while cc64 is. I wonder why?
