Does Modep-Mod-Host and Modep-Mod-Ui work on 64 bit System ?

Ok, but modep is excellent .
I should have mentioned that the guys that support pi-stomp have their version of MODEP running 64 bit.

Yes but I think the pi-stomp guys have some special modifications to MODEP for their platform.
I check there repository . they use their own mod-ui and browsepy module, else are same .
